4H Youth Development

What is 4-H?
4-H is a community of more than 6.5 million young people across America who are learning leadership, citizenship and life skills. For over 100 years 4-H'ers have enjoyed fun, hands-on learning activities supported by the latest research of land-grant universities. Learn more about the history of 4-H. In Rensselaer County, thousands of youth between the ages of 5 and 19 participate in traditional clubs, special interest groups, and school enrichment programs.

Tractor Safety Certification HOSTA (Hazardous Occupations Safety Training in Agriculture) Wednesdays at 7:00pm: February 24, March 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, and April 7 Participants must 14 or older Call the 4-H Office at 272-4210 to register. Cost of the program is $15.00	Horse PDC March 16 - The Horse Program Development Committee will meet at 7:00pm at the CCE Office in Troy.
