4H Youth Development

For over 100 years 4-H'ers have enjoyed fun, hands-on learning activities supported by the latest research of land-grant universities. In Rensselaer County, thousands of youth between the ages of 5 and 19 participate in traditional clubs, special interest groups, and school enrichment programs. Events

Dog Handling Classes

Wednesdays, April 24 through June 12, 2013. Classes will be broken into Beginner group at 6:30 pm and Intermediate/Advanced group starting at 7:15 pm. Cost is $25 for 4H members, $35 for non-4H youth and $60 for adults. Please call the 4H office at 272-4210 to pre-register.

Cloverbud Outing

July 16, 2013 (Rain date July 17) from 9:00 am until noon. Natural Resource exploration at Dyken Pond for Cloverbuds and their adult partners. Registration is $3 per Cloverbud/adult participant. Return registration form to 4H office by May 31, 2013.
